    Complete one account intake with your business, plates and expected ticket volume. Fabsy confirms the account and secure notice-upload arrangements.

  2. We review each notice

    For each accepted owner notice, Fabsy enters the not-guilty plea, requests disclosure and pursues a Crown reduction or withdrawal. No trial and no success fee.

  3. You approve; we invoice

    Your authorized account contact approves any deal for each ticket. Arrange a monthly QuickBooks invoice for an approved fleet account.

Account pricing is available at 5+ tickets per month. Fabsy confirms the rate and monthly invoicing terms before work begins; no volume discount is applied automatically.

Fine-only service, clearly scoped

This service covers Alberta automated notices mailed to a registered owner under TSA 160(1). Officer-issued tickets, trial representation and government fines are separate.

The 48-hour commitment covers Fabsy's action after complete disclosure, not the Crown's response time or a final outcome.
