Upload the complete notice, confirm whether the vehicle was registered to you on the offence date, and sign the authorization. We check the ticket type and response deadline.
We plead not guilty and review the evidence
Fabsy enters the not-guilty plea, requests disclosure, and reviews the images, location, timing, ownership and device records. We prepare or take the next authorized Crown step within 48 hours after complete, readable disclosure is received and matched to your file.
You approve any deal
We pursue a Crown reduction or withdrawal, keep you updated and explain any offer. You decide whether to accept. No trial or success surcharge is included. No legal outcome is promised.
The 48-hour commitment covers Fabsy's action after complete disclosure, not the Crown's response time or a final outcome.
What we check in disclosure
- The vehicle and plate in the images match the notice.
- The site was permitted, or had an approved exception, for the offence and date. Speed and red-light rules are checked separately.
- The posted zone hours and any special signs applied at the recorded time.
- The evidence supports workers being present if a doubled construction fine was applied.
- Related notices are checked against the municipality's applicable duplicate-notice policy.
- The certificate's mailing date and the applicable service requirements are checked.
- Ownership on the offence date is checked against any sale or theft records.
- Available operator logs and device testing or calibration records support the allegation.
A missing item becomes a review question or request to the Crown; it does not prove that a notice must be withdrawn.

Government fines are separate.

When does the 48-hour commitment start?
Only after complete, readable disclosure is received and matched to your file. Within 48 hours, Fabsy reviews it and prepares or takes the next authorized Crown step. This is not a promise of a Crown reply or a completed outcome within 48 hours. Uploading a ticket or requesting disclosure does not itself extend a response or court deadline.
Can Fabsy accept a Crown offer without asking me?
No. We explain the offer and you approve any deal through the client reply and offer flow. Nothing is accepted automatically. If there is no acceptable offer, we explain your remaining options and deadlines; continuing to trial is outside this service.
